Whole Life Richness

Discovering the parts that make the whole, beautiful story.

Why I Write

Why I Write

I’m just me, in a tiny corner of a great big world, loving my family and finding rich beauty in the little pieces of life that make up the whole story.

Whole Life Richness is about wanting to inspire individuals to live their life to the fullest and to encourage them to see the beauty and richness that can exist, even in the everyday, mundane.

My Thoughts for You

My Thoughts for You

Life has many dimensions. They can be spiritual, physical, mental or emotional.  It involves all aspects like health and sickness, sadness and Joy. It's about picking up the pieces of a broken life and creating from new. It is about love and creativity, joy that awes us, and sorrows that drop us to our knees.

In the middle of it all, if we can but #learntosee, beauty can be found.  Even in the messy and the painful and the seemingly unremarkable.

You must understand the whole of life,

Not just a little part of it.

That is why you must read,

That is why you must look to the skies,

That is why you must sing and dance,

And write poems

And suffer,

And understand,

For all of that, is life.”

Career

Career

A former Board Certified Counselor with a Master of Arts in Counseling, I became a full-time, stay-at-home Mom in 2011. In 2014 we began foster parenting, which allowed me to utilize my former career in more ways than one. Prior to quitting my professional career, I worked with children, teens, and their families, with a focus on trauma from childhood abuse, eating disorders, and depression and anxiety.

In addition to my prior education, I am now a Level 1 Certified Aromatherapist. I am also currently working on a Master of Science In Integrative Health, while simultaneously pursuing further qualifications for Level 2 Clinical Aromatherapist.

Raising Monarchs

One of our niche hobbies is raising monarchs every summer, in hopes to help restore the dwindling population.
