A cup of coffee is an experience.
From grinding and the aroma filling the air, to the pour over, to the 4 a.m. first cup as the rest of the world sleeps, to the midday Sabbath I'm learning to take, a good cup of coffee is a love language.
If I find a good one, I want to share it.
Good for me is the roast. I am a dark, rich roast gal.
But for those who enjoy the bean taste more than the roast taste, I'm trying out coffees with light roasts as well on these reviews.
